Hi, I’m Jae Nicole — the founder and lead strategist of J. Nicole Solutions. For over 14 years, I’ve worked as a corporate trainer in Organizational Learning & Development, equipping professionals and leaders with the tools to succeed. I’m also certified in facilitation through the Association for Talent Development and in digital marketing through Udemy & Blacks in Technology.
I started J. Nicole Solutions to merge my expertise in training and marketing into a boutique agency that helps women CEOs scale with ease. My passion is helping CEOs build email marketing systems that actually convert — and ensuring their teams embody the brand vision with clarity and confidence.
